28/04/2020 · None of my windows, apps, or browsers let me move or resize. Often, I like to have apps next to each other lined up open. I might be using calculator while viewing Notepad and searching on IE at the same time. I could do it on win 8.1 (with headaches of snapping windows), but now I can't do anything. Some programs have grayed out move/resize and MOST apps don't have it at all.
